frst great western snail train to reading

I do not know who designed the seats but they were very hard and grubby, dahling... comfort is not a word first great western are familiar with.

my trials and tribulations using the british public transport

The stress of walking through Newbury was too much to bear and we had to make a stop in a local pub. To soothe my nerves, Sally read me a chapter of a famous French 1960s novel while Smelly ranted at the local 'chavs'. I am not sure what this meant. However, he did show good taste by reading the Grauniad.

The beginning

My friends invited me to join them on a trip to a world famous fashion capital. I thought we were going to Milan, Dahling, but we ended up in Bangkok! Never mind, this is where real street fashion happens and where shopping malls are numerous and and varied. There is something for everybody. I was keen to experience the Eastern flavours and colours. as long as they were black and red of course. We started from their humble abode in the very dull village of Newbury in Royal Berkshire: I am told by my friends there is only one street! How dreary...You will note i do not normally travel in Sainsbury's suitcases..where was the Louis Vuitton? And whilst i support eco friendly travel i draw the line at muddy bicycles. But worst was to come as i was to follow them on their public transport odysseee.
